Manuscript Cropper
Automatically crop scanned or PDF manuscript pages. The tool detects the page edges (even on a table or with a visible cover), the music/text content, and whether a page is a left- or right-hand page — giving you clean, evenly cropped pages ready to print or archive. Everything runs locally in your browser; nothing is uploaded.
1Load your PDF or scanned images (drag in or click + Load PDF). Each page is analysed and cropped automatically.
2Review & adjust the crop on the center canvas — drag the frame or its corner handles. One manual fix is copied to the following pages of the same side.
3Export to a print-ready A4 PDF or a ZIP of images, at the resolution you choose.

Mark left/right page
The selected page will be marked as a right-hand or left-hand page.
From this page onward, pages will alternate automatically.
Right-hand page = more margin on the left (inner/spine) side, less on the right (outer) side. Left-hand page = more margin on the right (inner/spine) side, less on the left (outer) side.
The tool also slightly adjusts the top margin automatically (right-hand pages usually sit a touch higher, left-hand pages a touch lower).
